You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Products showing signs of use, damage not caused by a manufacturing defect, or missing accessories may not be eligible for a full refund.
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange an inspection, replacement, or repair at no cost to you — covered under your 2-year warranty.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or drop-off.
Once we've received and inspected the returned item, refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or Instapay, arranged directly with our team. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
If you'd like a different model, size, or specification instead of a refund, let us know when you request your return — we'll confirm the price difference, if any, before processing the exchange.
For issues that arise after the 14-day return window, your product remains covered by the 2-year warranty described in your warranty certificate. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns — reach out to our support team to start a claim.
